On April 25th, 2025, the team at HighPoint Advisors, LLC rolled up our sleeves, put on our bright colors (safety first!), and headed out of the office for our annual Earth Day cleanup. It’s a tradition we look forward to every year as a chance to step outside and help keep our community and planet clean.
As part of this effort, we partner with OCRRA (Onondaga County Resource Recovery Agency) to organize a local cleanup site and drop-off location. This year, we focused our efforts on the Empire State Trail and Butternut Drive in East Syracuse, just a short distance from our office. We were thrilled to enjoy a break in the rainy weather. It turned out to be a beautiful day to be outside giving back!
A Slice of Tradition
Fittingly, our drop-off location was right across from Trapper’s Pizza Pub, where we capped off our efforts with a well-deserved pizza lunch, a tradition nearly as beloved as the cleanup itself!
Our Ongoing Commitment to Community
Supporting our community is a priority for us at HighPoint Advisors, LLC. Beyond Earth Day with OCRRA, we’re proud to support organizations like the Food Bank of Central New York, the American Heart Association, and this past year, a new addition, GiGi’s Playhouse. We’re looking forward to participating in their upcoming GiGiFIT Acceptance Challenge, Christmas in May 5K.
