HighPoint Advisors, LLC is excited to welcome Dana Biata to the team as our new Office Manager & Marketing Assistant. In her role, Dana works closely with both our firm and our clients, assisting our advisors in their commitment to a comprehensive client service model. As the firm’s initial point of contact, Dana plays a key role in ensuring that clients and partners receive a dedicated level of attention and care. She also directly supports the team behind the scenes, helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a particular focus on internal coordination and marketing initiatives.
Dana was born and raised in Camillus, NY, and is a graduate of SUNY Cortland, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Advertising. She brings professional experience across multiple industries, including hospitality, casino marketing, and office management. This diverse background has equipped her with strong skills in customer service, organization, communication, and marketing.
With extensive experience in social media management and marketing, Dana is excited to apply her creativity and expertise to help support HighPoint Advisors’ marketing efforts and strengthen the firm’s connection with clients and the community.
Outside of the office, Dana enjoys spending time with her miniature dachshund, Greyson, making memories with friends and family, and embracing all things creative and artistic.
