Dana Biata

Dana Biata serves HighPoint Advisors, LLC as our Office Manager & Marketing Assistant. In this role, she works closely with the firm and our clients by assisting our advisors in their commitment to a comprehensive client service model. As our firm’s initial point of contact, Dana is key to ensuring our clients and partners receive a dedicated level of attention and care. She directly supports our team to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, especially in the areas of technology and marketing.

Dana was born and raised in Camillus, NY. She graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Advertising. With professional experience across multiple industries, including hospitality, casino marketing, and office management, Dana brings a strong background in customer service, organization, and communication. She also has extensive skills in social media management and marketing, which she is excited to apply in her role here at HighPoint Advisors, LLC. In her personal time, Dana loves spending time with her miniature dachshund, Greyson, making memories with friends and family, and embracing anything creative or artistic.
