The National Student Initiative held their Next Generation Finance Summit in NYC and asked our non-profit arm, Financial Knowledge Institute, to be part of a small group of firms charged with exploring various topics relating to financial literacy. We were speakers alongside other professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs that spoke at this summit about the many financial challenges facing students and young professionals today.
Topics covered included debt, education, motivation, entrepreneurship, funding, and many others. Financial literacy is something we are passionate about, so we are happy to participate in an event like this one. We are also very pleased to learn that this Initiative is coming to Central New York, and we plan to be a part of it!
