At first we weren’t sure if an event centered around shredding old documents would be of interest to our clients, but it turned out to be a big hit! We hired Shred Solvers to bring a 3 ton shred truck, provided a wine tasting courtesy of Brett Wiese of Tri-Vin Imports, and offered a spread of gourmet cheeses for our guests. As an added educational bonus, Brett Williams from Hines Global REIT spoke briefly about real estate investing and Kris, one of our partners here at Highpoint Advisors, offered a few quick tips to reading account statements.
